At Boujee, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you. Customers may request an exchange within seven (7) days of receiving their order. Please note that exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, customers are required to fill out the Exchange Form available under the Support section on our website. This form must be completed accurately, providing the necessary details, including the reason for exchange and the product information. Exchanges will only be processed upon submission of this form.

The product being exchanged must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Once the exchange form is submitted, our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
